Reported problem: Subject: Seller Recovered Sold Account – Requesting Refund and Action
Dear EpicNPC Support,
I am writing to formally report a serious issue regarding a Black Desert Online (EU) account I purchased through your platform.
I purchased an account listed by user SarikeMD. The listing a BDO account with 747GS and a PEN Sovereign weapon, and the deal was completed through your middleman service for $175. All communications, agreement, and proof of payment were handled via EpicNPC.
After the transaction, I had full access to the account and began playing but only for 2 hours. However, the account was suddenly restricted and ultimately inaccessible. I later discovered that the seller had reclaimed the account by reporting it as stolen or using prior access credentials to change the account's e-mail and password, effectively locking me out.
I am requesting:
A refund of my payment or account credit so I could use EpicNPC service for something else.
Immediate action to suspend or ban the seller for fraudulent activity
Escalation of this case to the appropriate fraud resolution team
Please let me know if any additional information is needed. I am prepared to fully cooperate and provide all relevant documentation.
PS: I paid 160 USD not 140 USD.
