Reported problem: hello, this guy take my account, didnt sent me money and delete all staff in account, i need help
Outcome of dispute: Paypal payment sent, but money never received by seller.
Sam9999 claimed to return the account back to the seller, but the seller could not gain access.
Recovery email on account appears to belong to Sam9999 so it appears he was lying about returning the account.
Later confirmed sam9999 was a previously banned member.
