Reported problem: Hi,
The battle.net account I bought for $1,800 got reclaimed by the original owner. It was originally banned, and then I received an email stating that the email that I used for the account was being changed to a different email address. I tried to content the seller however I have yet to receive a reply, and now I have lost $1,800 and I have no battle.net account. The seller did say he would refund me if the account were to be reclaimed, however this has not been fulfilled.
Outcome of dispute: The buyer provided evidence that the account had been recovered.
The seller refused to cooperate and took no action to help the buyer resolve the issue.
In addition, their agreement clearly stated that if the account was recovered, the seller would issue a full refund. The seller also failed to honor that agreement.
Furthermore, the seller did not provide any evidence showing that they were not responsible for this situation. As a result, the seller has been banned.
