Outcome of dispute: Problem during transaction. Seller agreed to refund, but buyer already opened dispute. Buyer closed dispute, but seller claimed it was still pending.
We waited 2 weeks, seller was online but stopped replying and never issued the refund. Banned until full refund is given.
