I bought a Dota 2 account from him via Paypal. He recalled the account after 2 days.

He added me on skype and offered me two accounts. At first I declined because the accounts had too many games played but after some negotiating I agreed to buy one of the accounts. I refused to go first or pay MM (which was noted in my thread) and he agreed to go first. He gave me the username, password and steam guard code, I changed all the info and took the account. I then paid him $80 via Paypal, we exchanged feedback and the deal was done.
I did not use the account in the following days, except for 3 quick logins to check/change profile info. Today when I attempted to log in, the account password and email address were changed. Someone recalled the account and possibly resold it to someone else. The acc is currently online with a different name...
Other information:
He did not remove me from Skype so we talked and he said that he has no idea what happened and that it is not his fault. I asked him some questions about the account and I can assume, from the not so precise answers, that the account was probably bought by him and he just resold it.
He says that he did not recall the account and I assume that it was the previous owner who recalled it because:
- He knew that I did not send the payment as friends/family and that I can fill a dispute if he scams me.
- Account recall happened too fast, in less than 48 hours after the trade. Steam support usually takes 4 days or more to answer.
- After the recall, 5 dota games have been played on the account. Those last 5 games are the only games that were played on the Australian server, out of all 3000 games on the account. All other games are on European server (and EU players can't play on AU server due to ping).
I asked for a refund and suggested that he attempts to recall the account. After some time, he refused, just saying that it is not his fault.
He might have unintentionally scammed me but it IS his fault because I'm the one who lost $80 and didn't get anything while he earned from selling a compromised account. It is only fair that he refunds the money.
I have opened a dispute on paypal, requesting a refund.

1) you scammed me
OR 2) someone scammed you and therefore scammed me as well, but since you sold that account to me, I am the only one at a loss.
Even if it's 2, you practically still scammed me just unintentionally. I'm sure that you would agree that it is not fair that I lose $80 and that you and the person who scammed us just get away with it.
I am asking for a refund. If you have the original email address of the account and proof of steam transactions, then you should be able to recall the account yourself and in that case you get your account back and I get my money back, as if the trade never happened.
If you don't send a refund, I will have no other choice but to request a paypal chargeback and open a dispute on epicnpc which would probably cause a lot more complications.
I understand that you did not want any of this to happen and had no intention of scamming me but unfortunately it did happen in the end. Please consider what I said, recall the account and send me a refund, and there will be no losses on any side. In case you don't have the proof to recall the account, it's your fault then.
