Reported problem: I bought a wizard101 account ( I can show proof) and the seller approved that he got the money while in the transaction. After a few days he started dming me claiming he didn't get the money but I sent Screenshots of the payment and even me paying the difference. Well he emailed the help and support for the game and got the account banned. Is there anything I can do about that or did I just lose $$$ and the account bought?
Outcome of dispute: Seller claimed payment was reversed. They then purposely banned the account.
video evidence was requested from buyer and seller. only the buyer provided a video. The video showed the payment was never disputed and never reversed.
Seller was online, but never provided the video. Seller was banned.
