The cost of the account is 1000 $ usd, the amount due to receive the account has not been paid, for which a refund will be issued in a few days. He opened a dispute on paypal. for which they will return. since it won't let me insert the card with a dispute. but he is a scammer, he wanted me to give him the bill without paying in full.
