Reported problem: Hello!
I purchased an arknights account from the seller, and after a few days of using it as well as charging a monthly card onto it someone else logging into the account and spent all the premium currency. Upon further inspection the account had a support message send out from it 1 day before the purchase indicating of the situation of a "hacker" on the account and spending all the previous owners premium currency as well. So I approached the seller letting them know of the situation but instead they told me during the "long time they played on the account" there has been no issues. Even though this support message was sent out 1 day before the seller sold me the account. More details and proof is already in the TG, thank you for taking your time looking into this issue. Outcome of dispute: Matvey2105 created a new account User_222222 to avoid the warning on his account and dispute against him. Ban was issued.
