Dispute: Genshin Impact Account – Recalled after 2 Years (Transaction #87139)

Hello EpicNPC staff,
I would like to file a dispute regarding a Genshin Impact account I purchased here through EpicNPC.
Transaction ID: #87139
Purchase Date: 6th Aug 2023
Game: Genshin Impact
Seller Username: lousiest
Payment Method: Local Bank Transfer (Maybank)
Transaction Amount: $650
After using the account for over 2 years without any issues, on 6 September 2025 I suddenly lost access. The email/handphone bound to my account was changed without my authorization.
In Hoyolab and In game, the person who took back the account even stated: “I finally got my account back.” This shows the account was retrieved by a previous owner.
Important Notes:
My email was bound for over 2 years with no suspicious activity. I only changed my motherboard on the bound device once on December 2024.
The account recall happened suddenly and without my involvement.
Resolution Requested:
I kindly request that the seller assist me during this period by providing:
1)Any receipts of in-game purchases made before I purchased the account.
2)Any device information or login history from the time the seller (or previous owners) had access.
3)Any details or contact information of all previous owners, or the 3rd party source if the account was obtained elsewhere.
These details are necessary because HoYoverse requires such proof for account recovery, and without the seller’s cooperation I have no way to obtain them.
