Reported problem: I would like to get a receipt of the successful transaction since my buyer refunded the money and claiming that I recalled the accounts. The steam account doesn’t contain any email to recall it which was talked way before this transaction which I can prove via discord chat. The payment was done through PayPal goods & services. My guess is that the Person is trying to scam me. And provides already changed email log ins. Or restriction by steam itself by not keeping the rules like cheating in game or change of Region in short time.

Outcome of dispute: Seller banned. Made new account during the dispute.
The seller would have been required to issue a partial refund, but we banned instead for making a new account.
