However, after 20 days, the buyer filed a dispute with PayPal and was granted a refund, despite having received and used the account. This is a clear case of fraud, as they now have both the account and the money.
Outcome of dispute: Buyer chargeback payment. No reply. Registration email bounced back as invalid. No reply via PP email.
