Reported problem: Seller trying to take account back / login in without permission (no way to change password), the name of the account was changed and the game have a not know device on the log in list.
I talk to seller but he say that he is doing nothing with the account, even tho he is the only one knowing access of it
Outcome of dispute: Seller failed to disclose to the buyer they were not the OO. Account was recalled. Seller could not recover.
Fully refund was decided, but seller could not even make a small partial payment to show they were serious about refunding. Ban issued until a full refund is provided.
