User's known information
Reported problem: Account is still being logged in via prior devices. Seller is denying however I have screenshots showing it was logged in. This is when the only device I have it linked to is offline. Grand Summoners require the prior device to log itself out, their is no option for me to unlog all other devices like other games. This was a middleman transaction and I do not believe the middleman knew the account needed proof it was logged out.
Seller is acting dumb about it but it has logged in multiple times while I am actively playing the account kicking me out. And the profile name was changed while actively on. I have never had issues on here before but this is a weird situation as the account is not able to be fully secured. Any time he logs in from his device it will kick me out and just denies it.
He had no feedback of the time of the transaction so we used TG and even then I had some concerns but the middleman said he had secured the account. I just don't think they realized with Grand Summoners you need some proof of them logging out from any devices.
Considering they are able to still access the account and kick me out then this transaction was never completed properly. Again, seller wants to deny it but they would be the only one able to still login from their original device. Let me know what can be done.

Outcome of dispute: After sale, someone was accessing the account. Seller claimed to be OO, most likely false. No response from the seller. Banned
