Reported problem: Buyer @joeymcmillan23 charged back on 28/05/2024 telling PayPal that he hasn’t received the item. I have only just reported today as I was waiting until my account could be recalled to avoid him trashing my account. It seems he may have sold the account after buying it from me as i’ve noticed multiple devices registered on the hoyoverse website.
Outcome of dispute: buyer disputed payment. buyer was online, but did not reply. Buyer was banned.
