What is the dispute about?: He was selling an account: Link but after i sent the money he never replied to me & therefore never gave me the account.

Approximate value of property: i Payed 300€ (around 2300 Norwegian kroner + 200 NOK in fee with Western Union)

Provide information about the dispute and what lead to it: I replied to hes thread and said if he wanted to sell it for 300€ i was interested, rest is shown in the skype conversation pictures i have linked below.
Other details / notes: these pictures is basically all i have, other then it seems more people have been scammed by this person before.

Did you do any background searching before the transaction? Yes / No (optional) i looked on hes posts on the forum, noticed he had another rogue account, which he had sold, so i asked him about it, he seemed trustworthy for selling another account, but i guess i was naiv.
Have you traded with this person before? Yes / No (optional) No.
Approximately how many transactions have you done on EpicNPC? (optional) i have a few regulars, that i buy accounts and stuff from several times, all met on EpicNPC, about 3 persons, fexample i have bought over 10 accounts from 1 of those. (those 10+ accounts was bought from user: Pr3cious which can verify this i guess if it is relevant)
