Reported problem: Hello,
A little under one month ago I have sold an account to this person. Transaction went smoothly, I received the money via PayPal and they received their account. Now couple of days ago I got an email that they have filed a refund reason beaing "product blocked". They have hade access to the account for a long time now and could have done any off the thing that will get you banned, account share, cheat, RMT... Them getting banned or blocked is not my problem. I would like you to resolve this issue and I would like to know this persons personal information since they haave a verified account.
