Outcome of dispute: 2 recall disputes within 48 hrs. Refused to take any responsibility, said it's not his problem. Banned.

Yes also did the same to me, lost $450.

Password and email were suddenly changed. the guy probably reports the accounts to twitter as stolen and gets them reverted. probably does it as soon as you pay him but twitter takes some time to process the request.
