Reported problem: Trade Guardian transaction successfully completed for $350.00 by paypal, but after 3 weeks later this buyer has filed a "Unauthorized transaction - chargeback" at his paypal acc to get his money back. Basically a scam chargeback. As a result my paypal balance has negative value. Im wasting so much time to prepare all the evidence to fight back this case. Please ban this buyer
