What is the dispute about?
The seller promised to do the service by the day that I paid as promised, and the seller did not reach out. Instead seller apologized and said they would do the service by Monday (today) and even by the end of today, the seller did not reach back or even send messages via Discord or even EpicNPC. Seller did not even give Discord information.
I've requested the seller for refund within few hours 4 PM EST exactly, and even after 5-6 hours, seller did not bother to come online to read message and reach out to me. I have not yet shared my account information but sent in payment.
I am requesting the seller to give full payment back.
Other details / notes:
At this point, I don't even want any services. I just want my money back. The time is past due and I have not gotten any service but just been evaded with messages leaving into poor customer service treatment.
