Reported problem: He guranteed me that nobody is playing this account and it is only mine. Now I see that somebody is login into my account and play on it. And seller dont help with that. I want to solve this Problem.
Outcome of dispute: Seller sold an account that had multiple accounts linked to it. Buyer was aware before the sale. Buyer lost access to the account. Seller refused to issue a 50% refund and was banned.
