Buyer paid seller $850 via Paypal GNS
The seller received $810 and only refunded $810 as well due to having insufficient funds on Paypal.
Both refused to cover the $40 GNS fee (the seller had partially agreed but wanted the account returned first and to refund the $40 when the account had been sold).
Having disagreements regarding refunds about cancelled TG transaction. I would like to inquire with staff to decide on the outcome of the refund, whether the seller or buyer covers the $40 fee or if they split the fee into $20.
Outcome of dispute: Transaction was cancelled. Seller refunded payment and agreed to pay for 50% of the Paypal fee. Seller failed to repay by the deadline and was banned.
