It is no longer bound by the email it was changed to and I am receiving a create account message upon a login attempt either via the mlbb web page or via a login attempt through the game itself.
Outcome of dispute: Seller recalled Mobile Legends MOBA account after some time. The account is active and the seller marked himself as the original owner.
