Reported problem: Bought a Destiny 2 account and logged in just fine but upon and trying to access the crucible it says the account has restricted access, I've never seen this before so I submitted a help ticket to Bungie. After doing that it took me to the ticket home page where I noticed the previous owner had already made a restriction appeal which is still open and a BAN appeal which had been solved. The seller made no mention of this in any way so now the account I spent 300$ to play pvp with cant even serve its purpose. AND on top of all that Steam is now saying the account has some sort of suspicious activity when all i've done is change it to my info and load Destiny 2 a few times.
Outcome of dispute: Seller failed to disclose problems and violations on the account. Refused to refund and was banned.
