What is the dispute about?
The moment I sent him the money on Paypal, he straight up lied saying he was "preparing the account for transfer". I waited ALL DAY, but he was gone with my money.
So the next day I tried to get a refund on Paypal. He refunded me several days later, but only 30€ out of 90€.
The funny part is that today he came back on EpicNPC to say that he gave me a refund.
Not for giving me the information of the account, but for the 1/3 of the money that he gave. And he has the audacity to give me a negative feedback, when I had all the rights to have a refund.
Other details / notes:
What I ask is to have the other money that he owe me since he didn't gave me the account (60€) and to remove the negative feedback since it's just a lie.
