Reported problem: They buyer try to scam me. He asked refound to paypal sayng that he did not received good account. That was much different from his expect. He is not giving me it back and ask for refound now
Outcome of dispute: Disputed payment, lied about it. Said it was closed, but refused to show any proof when the seller said it was still opened. Banned.
