Dispute reason: they said i'm selling used vtube model, not brand new

Nature of Fraud/Scam: didn't follow the instruction, refuse to pay refund fee, behave similar to the person above
Dispute reason: same with the person above
although i didn't trade with this person and didnt get scammed yet, but the way they behave similarly and they used the same reason to file a dispute with the person above, i believe they are the same
