What is the dispute about? Bought an account from Xignious, all was well and good. Seller was super nice and helpful. Then on the 23rd, I couldn't log in and all my account info was gone after doing some digging. Email and phone number linked were deleted not found.
Other details / notes: All account details have been changed, nothing linked that I setup. I have screenshots of me with the account UID and my Username but no weapons or character list, as I fully trusted the seller.

Mihoyo has been sent support tickets by me and a friend, but I dont have all the information required to retrieve the account by their standards.
Did the seller say he's the original owner? (provide proof) No, he had access to the original owner apparently but never returned my message.
What account information did the seller provide you at the time of sale? User ID and Password
How long did you have the account before it was recalled? 2 and a half weeks.
