I was trying to sell a Genshin Impact account. After I gave him the account information, he logged in and linked his email to the account then acted as if it's my email. He tried to make me look like scammer so he can get his money back with Paypal. He also did not want to use a middleman, another red flag. I know I should have used a middleman here, lesson learned.
He is trying to claim his money back on Paypal, and probably will get it because it's Paypal.
I had a screenshot of the account before I gave it to him with no email linked.

Okay so responding to the dispute, I purchased this account in the October of 2020, meaning almost 2 years ago from today. I had purchased one genshin impact account from epicnpc before this one and it went smoothly so I decided to buy another. The seller and I communicated through discord. I am from India, PayPal does not support F&F in India so I can only pay through PayPal goods and services. Therefore, I make all my purchases through it. PayPal also recommends using goods and services for any "payments" that you want to make securely. Anyway, since PayPal goods and services is a secured mode of payment, I don't see the need of paying the MM fees. The seller wanted me to pay the fees but I didn't see the need for it. Obviously, if I was paying through PayPal F&F or crypto, I would use MM because those payments are not secured. Now, the seller sent me the account details, and it all worked fine, I was able to log in to the game as well. When I logged in to the Mihoyo website, I saw the seller had their email linked to the account, I asked them about this and they started pretending it was not there. A few minutes later I was logged out from in-game as well since the password was changed. I knew this was probably an attempt to scam so I immediately contacted PayPal so the seller won't be able to withdraw the money and get away with it. This all happened quite a while ago and as you can see, the seller didn't sell any more accounts from that point onwards because they were probably trying to make some money by scamming before quitting. I have bought quite a few more accounts from that time, all of my purchases have been made through PayPal goods and services and since everything was perfect, I have never had to chargeback for them. So, apart from this purchase, you can see my track-record and my feedbacks. I would never chargeback unless I was being scammed.

Anyway, this all happened quite a while ago and I don't really care for it, whatever happens to the seller will be on their Karma. My only issue is the post that pops up on google and defames me while revealing my personal info. That is absolutely unacceptable. I did not notice this until a few days ago when I googled my name and found this. Please remove both these posts, thank you.
