Discord account disabled for suspicious activity when i never got to login :

What is the dispute about? I was trying to buy a 2015 discord account from this username. after i sent him the money i asked for the login to the gmail account and he proceeded to send me the wrong password a good 5 times (i never ended up getting access to the email because he “forgot” the password) eventually after 3 HOURS he managed to finally send me the password to the discord account. i attempted multiple times to login but discord wouldnt let me unless the seller clicked the link that was sent to his gmail to approve the login. He said he approved it multiple time but it never let me login xd. he then wanted me to screen share me logging in but wouldnt let me share my screen on my phone for some reason. So when i got home i hopped on my oc and screenshared me trying to login but i kept getting hit with a error then the account got disabled for suspicious activity. The seller is refusing to give a replacement or a refund now. I do not see how this is my fault I never was able to login to the discord account and ontop of that i never was even able to login to email access account. So how is it my fault when i never had access?

Did the seller say he's the original owner? (provide proof) No but he said it came with OGE (but couldn’t provide bc he “forgot password”
What account information did the seller provide you at the time of sale? (ID, SQA, etc) Legit only discord pass but i never got to login
How long did you have the account before it was recalled? Never got to login
If you have a support ticket about this recall, please post screenshots of it.

Banned - Failed to resolve - #81059

First of all,
I've changed the email PW to your User+Year, as you can probably clear see on the clip. Sure - it didn't work, but that wasn't the cause of the problem.
I've given u the Discord Password all along, you provided me a evidence regarding you trying to signin with the pw - but you didnt show me the way you typed the password. When I asked u to Screenshare - out of nowhere you where able to signin with the password? On the Gmail Time it shows that I changed my pw 20 mins prior of giving u the pasword - how was it possible for me to change it and then shift it around like that?

Eventually you have been using multiple different(!) ips, to signin through the account - ofc you wouldnt be able to sign in, as you even stated in a message that you have a error - I told you to turn off your VPN and then it showed "wrong password" which cant be, as when I ASKED u to screenshare worked out of nowhere - magically.

Ultimately you locked the account - based on the IP changing (which was completly on u - as you were trying to using in, and couldnt just wait till you get home - and we get this over with)
I'll have to deal with the discord Support regarding to the account, and I told u that. I won't be giving u a refund, if you just locked the account out.

I've been dealing with many people - and none of them yet complained through the 2 1/2 weeks I've been on this Website.
So I sincerely expect from you, that you just wait till discord answers the Case - and then we will be able to see what I can do regarding to it. Else I won't be giving you a refund.

I've even told you to simply by it by middleman - as u would probably aswell blame the middleman for it being his fault.

I copy and pasted and it never worked up until that point. Im done going back and fourth ive stated all the facts and will wait for the verdict from staff.

Dispute and Feedback Dispute Changes
Epicnpc will no longer review disputes if one of these three Trade Guardian options is not used. There will be 2 types of disputes that can be opened.

1. Trade Guardian dispute - If TG was used, we will fully investigate as normal.
2. Scam Review - If TG was not used, only an account review will be conducted on the accused's account. We will check if they're a known scammer, previously banned member or have been accused of scams on other sites. They will then either be banned or not. An investigation into the dispute will not be conducted.
