I purchased credits for my account yesterday, specifically the $25 package that supposedly includes 3750 Credits. I purchased Credits in the past and usually I would receive them straight after payment. However, it was not the case this time. I poked around the forums for a bit and found a thread from the past where the person with the same problem was told to wait atleast 24 hours before notifying the staff. I decided to wait aswell, however, the Credits still didn't appear. Can you look into it for me?
Payment was sent from Paypal account, Paypal E-mail is [email protected], and Transaction ID is 7M790569MV6148822. If needed, I can provide screenshots of the transaction too.
