Didn't come credits.

Hello , had a trade with a trade guardian and didn't come credits after the trade.

Did you hit sent in the trade guardian page? then buyer will have to hit received

Admin told me to send all info to the buyer and i did it. Buyer said thx and that's all, he doesn't rly know how to use this *trade guardian* like me i guess.

The buyer has to confirm he received the item. Once he does, the credits are automatically sent to the seller.

You did not update the TG transaction from you end yet. You have to select "Sending Item" first, then the option to complete the transaction will appear for the buyer.

So if buyer will not confirm the trade in the end i will not get credits? Had a trade 2 months ago and still didnt come. Are u kidding?
I gave u some screenshots, please, send me my credits. U have rly weird tradeguardian system

If you sent the item and the buyer is not confirming the delivery, just click the "Report" button on the transaction and describe the problem. We'll investigate and contact the buyer. If we can't contact them and they don't reply within 48 hrs the credits will be released to you.

The admin account is a bot account, no one reads those messages.

I've added a notice to the account so others don't make the same mistake.
