I dont know him, but you can add these guys and ask them for their epic games name, to check if they really have the skin. I think he is legit. Just ask them

 

the vouches are real, If you dont trust him, add every guy, who wrote a vouch and ask them to add your epic games name. They should be able to show you the galaxy skin

This was weird. I added his discord and was told to join a discord server where all of their "vouches" are.

They have no feedback on websites and don't seem to want to use a middleman.
