I got 2 diamond 5 accounts in euw.
both mmr of accounts are diamond 5(usually between diamond 5 and diamond 4)
1 of them is my smurf. My main account has almost every champ, 5 runepages, 4 skins and almost 12000 ip.
Other one has also 5 runepages, 2 skins but not as many champs as my main.

Both accounts never had chat restriction or other bad things.
