Nevermind for now due to character transfer/quest progress on a WoW account.

 

talked to him on MSN he said he cant sell the account now because he wants to move the wow chars on other bnet acc and if he does that he is looking the progresion of some quest and he wiill sell it after some weeks when he complets the quest

Actually I am not done. You are technically "renting" the account. You do mention "not renting", but giving people access to everything on your account except the SQ&A.

yep also ur other thread is very suspicious looking. the rules you listed pretty much leads to you recalling the pp payment and the buyer not being able to do anything about it
