It is fake. To have a diablo 3 beta and not expect people to be listing to sell them is just silly. Their have been pictures like that off and on. I do think it will be soon though.

 

lol + the link says itself that it's just a mock up, that info could be far from accurate.

 

For SC2 they eventually gave out keys to people to give to their friends, so I am not going to lose all hope in keys yet.

while they do provide a 'key' for the beta, it is linked to the account it was sent to and cannot be used on another account (so you would have to buy the entire bnet account)

also I believe it was stated in a press conference that they PLANNED on the beta in early sept... but blizzards idea of "planning" means "a month or two after this date"
