Note: in recent months, there has been increased control of Steam systems when changing regions and payment methods. For your safety and to avoid checks from Steam after purchasing accounts, I recommend the following actions:
- enable full Steam Guard protection by adding control via email, mobile phone, and the authorization application (2FA authorization).
- to change the location, make a small purchase of $1-3 from your card, and do not perform other actions for 4-5 days.
- then, if everything is ok, make an inexpensive purchase of what you need (for example, "silver") amount of $20-40 per week, do not buy expensive Steam products for the first month.
Another option: you can not change the location/region, but simply buy "gift cards" on various sites to top up your account balance.
