Great experience overall. The tool is flexible, easy to tailor to your own needs, and runs very well once everything is set up. The biggest highlight is definitely the development team. They are super responsive, helpful, and proactive - not just answering questions quickly, but actually taking the time to solve problems properly. Their willingness to connect directly via Parsec to fix issues instantly shows how much they care about their users.
