Let's start:

He told me he would start today around 8 am, and I was ok with that. Around 11 am he messages me and says he has some problems and he will play later. Around 5pm he messages me and says he removed that kind of winrate boost service and will not be doing that anymore. I asked for money back but he said my order is already in progress and he can't give it back, but he hasn't played a single game within 24 hours.

Yes, I got problem with internet, this person was notified. Moreover, he wrote no problems. I said that the order of the user goes to my helper as I can not run due to problems with the internet, but it will be ready today. As a bonus, I said to add him compensation.

So there are 36 minutes between the conversation and your start of the games and the access of the account because i gave u the account info AFTER that, so there's no way you could have started or be in QUEUE or something when you didn't even receive the account information, so you could have returned my money but you didn't want to.

Sorry but I'm not interested to have any more kind of business neither conversation with you. I never wrote that you scammed me or something, you did finish your order but I've lost many nerves and time on you. My money could have been returned but you didn't want to do it, so if I can't give someone negative feedback for being unprofessional, doing false promisses and not refunding when he can do it, then I'm sorry, but what's the point of the negative feedback then?

gd. the negative you have left bu.rob1n has been removed as it is revenge feedback and not allowed.

The user requested a refund because you did not start order. that is his right. You cannot refuse people refunds when you have not started order. Being dispatched is not the same.
Your partner could have returned money to you and then you to the customer.
Right now I do not see how feedback is completely wrong.
Unless you can prove this all wrong It will be changed to a nuetral "refused refund when order was delayed.'
