Dealing with negative traders help?

Hey I was trying to buy gold from a trader and he was very rude and hard to deal with.

I have a few questions:

1) Can I leave negative feedback based on a person treating me poorly and being rude to me, or do we have to have a solid transaction?

2) If the above is to be avoided at all costs ^ Do I just ignore negative traders, or do I report them to an Admin?

3) How do you normally deal with sketchy/Rude people on Epicnpc?

1) No, feedback can only be given if a trade/sale started. This means either payment or items were exchanged. The reason for this is because some member will try to ruin their competitors reputation.

2) Ignore them in most cases, if you believe something more is going on like a possible scam, then report them.

3) You can add a user to your ignore list here. This means they can't message you and you won't see their threads/posts.
