This character is all pvp skills (with one exception) and focused on drone railgun (Gallente) - this account is mainly focused on being a excellent bs pilot, I planned ahead and didn't wast sp on worthless other skills. I tried to focus on taking to expert the big main skills (ie drone instead of med drone or small drone) so that the skills applied across the board.

Battlecruiser manufacture - 5/5/3 - I did this because as a day 1 player I was first to the bc. so I was manufacturing them like hot cakes at 2x the build cost and selling them as fast as I could make them. VERY worthwhile at the time, made me 5bill in 2 weeks. obviously now you might want to remap that skill.
