I haven't used this forum before, I just came here to report the person who cheated on me. I sent him gold. When he gave me the nickname, the character's gearscore was 830, then he said it went up to 1400 and he said that the money did not come to the person I sent him, I did everything he wanted, I did everything he said, but he is not sending my money. I don't care what happens to him here, I just wanted to write this down, it really makes me sad, I will open the topic and will not come back to this forum again, photos and links are below.

Please, pay attention to the video - "achieved item level 830"
I will provide real item level via screenshot. Also please check how he was rushing me to make payment at once and how he was only accepting crypto(so i can't refund it). My guess is that he sent gold on another server and/or maybe the whole video is fake.
You can see real item level of this character is not 830. We never received this gold on our end. I've been selling stuff online for more than 10 years on multiple platforms and websites and i would never risk my reputation for 300$ ish USD or for any money.
I got back ups of video and discord conversation too, but it seems he provided real ones so i am not attaching those yet.
Also super suspicious how someone can provide lost ark gold on any server, via mail. mail is not global.
Just got another version - most probably he used paid name change service on another server on his own character and sent gold to himself. We don't see server in the video so. And that's why item level is different too.

Dartexx can your customer make a video showing that he's on the correct server and region with that character name? That will confirm the gold was sent to the wrong person.

Sadly it was not a direct customer of mine, was delivering for another site(overgear, they're also trusted and been around for a while). And after all this traumatic experience with this scam attempt the customer deleted them, but i double checked with them and it was not a new customer, he bought before numerous times(5+).
But i double checked in game after this and here is the name change service i mentioned. I am glad this guy at least spent money for this service + lost 5% sending fee. I can provide logs with overgear guys and screenshots of this order on the site also, but i'd rather do it via PM if possible? it's bad enough that we can see customer's character name already in public here : /
