I have a D5 League of Legends account (almost D4) with 55~ Skins. Many which are legendary such as Spirit Guard Udyr and Pulsefire Ezreal. Im willing to get this account to D4 for you if you are interested in me doing so.
I have all of the useful runes
I have all mastery pages
I have 16 rune pages
I have many icons on the account
Ill throw in some lessons where Ill teach you some stuff that Ive picked up from playing the game for 3+ years.
I have had this account since mid 2011 and I am just done with the game. Im headed off to college in two weeks and college books are expensive. Im looking to get $650-700 for the account. This will be done through paypal (+%3) or gifted. The entire transaction will be done through skype. We will get into a skype call, as soon as I receive notification that the money is in my paypal account I will hand along the username and password to you. I will be willing to provide screenshots or anything else as proof that I own the account and it is actually in my possession. Middle men may be involved if you wish them to be.
