Hi,
I would like to appeal for a customer that has been banned for using a VPN, in order to speak with me on discord (for easier and faster communication) and to play the game with less lag, the customer has a gaming VPN active.
When the service was successfully completed I asked for a feedback and the customer forgot to turn the VPN off which triggered the ban, is there anyway to help in this case.
The user does not use VPN on the website, just to improve the connection when is playing with me or to talk directly to me.
