Custom skype add button?

I've been searching around for a while every now and then but I can't find anything about how to create your own "add me on Skype" button.
What I mean is, I want to make an image myself and when someone clicks on it, it works as usual with the add script and all. I can only find the original "add me on Skype" button no matter how much I search.

Anyone know how I can make a custom one?

I don't believe that's custom. It's the original skype add me button, isn't it?

Does it work if I post an image in my thread?

This one for instance. If they click on that image, I want that usual add skype script to run
