CsGo Skins as payment?

I am seeing a lot of people offering csgo payment and accepted payment as cs go skins. How does this actually work and can you exchange those skins to money or what can you do with them?

You can use the skins, trade the skins (for other skins or keys) or sell the skins or keys for real money.

You can check with big reseller see what price they offer.

exchange rate is somewhere from 55% to 75% of market value, lets just say. no one will do one to one as they will lose money
