SERVICE CONDITIONS

• Account-based orders are completed manually.
• Automated bots are not used.
• Assigned players are not permitted to use cheats or unauthorized gameplay software.
• No exact win rate is guaranteed.
• Rating may move in both directions during the service.
• The customer must disclose existing restrictions or cooldowns.
• The customer should remain logged out during active account-based boosting.
• Specific map or role requests can be discussed but are not always guaranteed.

COMPENSATION POLICY

If the assigned player cannot complete the order, the customer may choose:

• A replacement player
• Additional replacement games
• An adjusted target
• A refund for the unfinished portion

If an account receives a penalty during an active account-based order and available evidence confirms that the assigned player directly caused it, the boosting payment will be refunded.

Account replacement or compensation beyond the service payment is not included unless agreed in writing before payment.

Pre-existing restrictions, customer activity outside the service and customer login during an active order are not covered.
