I saw he had been banned on here a bit back - although I did buy a swtor account from him previously and had no issues, he even gave me photo ID and everything i needed.
I cant really vouch for him as he got banned here for something, but i had a succesful deal with the guy
you have 100% positive feedback here, ask him to give you the code first

He already sent me as gift, but he can recharge it. I only read about this today. It's not a problem, but because of the idiot Steam Terms of Service, my account can be suspended. My account is 9 years old, nearly 300 games, etc.
It's really risky.

Yeah but he hasnt scammed you yet im assuming? So you are posting in case hes does? Isn't that counter productive?
Also im sure steam support would understand your situation if that were to happen. Someone sold you a key and they turned out a scammer. I am sure they would back you up.
Also we don't give out information such of this, and i wouldn't suggest it, but if someone does do not post on thread use private methods.

I know EpicNPC bans people too easy, sometimes for no reason. As you see he is banned, but he made a smooth business with someone since then.
He said he banned, because he sold an account which is owned by his friend. Then his friend recalled the account, left with the money, etc. Two user suffers here, but not the real scammer, if this is the truth... You don't give him a chance to clean himself.
And btw if you have a problem with the thread just close it.

His original account was Creyd. He sold an account, stole it back, then relisted it for sale again.
If you bought an account from him, my guess is you'll be losing it very soon.
We don't ban people for no reason. You can check the ban list to find out why somoene was banned
