1. The exchange takes place after receiving the payment to the exchanger's wallet.
2. If you made a mistake during the transfer, the exchanger is not responsible.
3. If the payment is not sent via F&F, the transaction is terminated.
4. The exchanger can send funds from different Paypal accounts.
5. Some Paypal accounts have an F&F fee that must be paid by the buyer.
6. Just F&F transactions in Paypal.
