credits problem

i just called to PayPal center because i heard that my payments for credits were held by PayPal for review

but they couldnt find any promblems in my account and admin's

is this normal situation?

i dont know,, first time i purchase credits, i got it immediately

Did you verify your identity with paypal? If I recall after you made use with paypal for a certain amount of transactions, you have to verify ID with them.

I see credits on your account, so most likely the review was already complete. If not, please PM me your Paypal email.
