The forum rules have had a minor update specifically to the credit card services section. Overall the rule is not changing, however we are going to allow employee codes for the same services to be sold by Verified members.
For example a WoW character transfer service still cannot be offered, however if you have an employee code for the character transfer and you're a Verified member, you can sell that.
We decided to not allow the services, even though they can now be purchased with Paypal, due to the high risk that they still might lead to CC fraud, chargebacks or Paypal disputes.
